# How do I change my theme and color in CookBook?

| Quick answer: You can switch between Light, Dark or System theme from the side menu, and you can pick from 12 accent colors in Settings.

# Change theme (Light / Dark / System)

1. Tap the **Side menu** (☰).
2. Tap **Theme: Light / Dark / System** until the option you want is selected.
3. You can also change this in **Settings** under **Appearance.**

1. Tap the **Side menu** (☰) and tap **Settings**
    * From the dashboard you can also swipe the top action buttons until you see **Settings**.
2. Under the **Appearance**, tap **Theme Color.**
3. Select one of the 12 colors to style your CookBook app.
