# How do I update my billing information & card details?

| **Quick answer:** Open **Side menu ☰ → Username → Manage Plan**, then tap the **Manage plan** button. CookBook sends you to Apple, Google Play, or Stripe - whichever service you used to subscribe, where you can edit your card or billing info.

# Find the right billing portal

1. From the CookBook dashboard, tap the **Side menu** ☰.
2. Tap your **Username**.
3. In **Update subscription**, note which button you see:
    * Manage subscription → opens Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
    * Stripe payments / plan → opens Stripe’s secure billing page in your browser.

# How to edit payment method in each store
### Apple App Store

1. On your iPhone/iPad, open **Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping**.

### Google Play Store

1. Open **Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods**.

### Stripe (web checkout)

1. After tapping **Stripe payments / plan**, the Stripe portal opens.
2. Click **Update payment method**, add your new card, then **Save**.
