Via the Meal Planner
- Head into the 'Meal Planner' via either the home page or side menu
- Select either the monthly, weekly or daily view icon at the top.
- Tap on the day that you'd like to add a meal
- Tap the '+' button in the top right corner
- Select the Meal slot for your recipe
- Tap 'Select recipe' and pick the recipe you'd like to add
- Edit the servings if required
- Add notes if required
- Hit 'Save'
Via a recipe
- Go into the recipe you'd like to add
- Under the recipe title on the 'About' tab, tap the icon that says 'Plan'
- Tap on the day you'd like to add your recipe
- Tap the tick button in the top right corner
- Select the Meal slot for your recipe
- Edit the servings if required
- Add notes if required
- Hit 'Save'
NOTE: The 'Last Cooked' date of a recipe will not be automated from the meal planner as plans can change. When viewing your recipe on the day, simply tap 'RATE' to update your recipe stats.
