Quick answer: Yes! CookBook includes a built-in meal planner where you can drag any recipe onto a day (or multiple days), pick your serving sizes, and generate an interactive shopping list in a tap.
What you can do with the planner
- Day, week, or month view – see your whole schedule at a glance.
- Multiple meal slots - add breakfast, lunch, dinner (and snacks) to any day
- Custom servings – bump portions up or down, ingredient amounts adjust automatically.
- Daily macro calculator – shows calories, carbs, protein, and fat for one serving of each planned meal, so you can hit your nutrition targets.
- Instant shopping list – generate a list from planned meals and get ingredients sorted by aisle.
- Add notes or meals without a recipe – type “Leftover lasagna” or “Dinner out” right into a slot.
- Sync everywhere – planner and shopping list update in real time on iOS, Android, and the Web App.
