You are unable to upload a video to CookBook, however you can add a video link from websites such as youtube. The link just needs to be pasted into the 'video link' field in the edit section of your recipe.
If you want to upload your own videos you may be best off setting up a private youtube account and uploading your videos there so you can then link to them.
