- Tap More….
- Choose CookBook from the list of apps.
- Don’t see it? Add CookBook to your share sheet: see iOS Guide and Android Guide.

- Save to CookBook – saves instantly without opening the app.
- Edit recipe – opens CookBook so you can adjust tags, notes, etc. before saving.
Quick tips for better results
- Post first: Imports work best when the full recipe is written in the post text or a top-level comment.
- If no text recipe is found, CookBook follows any link in the post and tries to import from that page.
- Copy-link fallback: Copy the post URL → open CookBook → tap Paste on the dashboard → Confirm.
