How do I share recipes?
CookBook lets you share recipes in several ways, including with other CookBook users, as text, as a PDF, or by email. You can also adjust servings and measurements before sharing.

How can I share my whole CookBook with my partner or family?
CookBook doesn’t offer account-linking or family profiles yet. You can either share your login details or each person can maintain separate accounts and exchange individual recipes.

Can I use Apple’s Family Sharing with CookBook?
No. Because CookBook uses in-app subscriptions, Apple’s Family Sharing does not extend your plan to other Apple IDs. Each person needs their own CookBook subscription or can use the free tier with 20 recipes.

Printing & Exporting
How do I print a recipe?
Open the recipe, tap Share → Create PDF & Print (or More → Print), choose your layout, then select Export PDF & Print. The device’s print preview appears so you can send it to any connected printer.

How do I bulk export or back up all of my recipes?
Go to Side menu ☰ → Settings → Backup / Export recipes, choose Text, PDF, or CookBook (CB) format, then save or email the ZIP file that downloads.

Can I turn my CookBook recipes into a printed physical cookbook?
CookBook itself won’t lay out or print a physical book, but you can export every recipe as PDFs and design or print a cookbook on your computer or through a printing service.
